The group also expanded specialised training programmes through KPJ Healthcare University’s School of Digital Health and AI Academy, while advancing digital healthcare initiatives through collaborations with the University of Melbourne and IBM Malaysia, including the development of an artificial intelligence-powered patient engagement chatbot.
