Scanwolf Corporation Berhad announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Scanwolf Trading & Construction Sdn. Bhd., has accepted a Letter of Award (LOA) from Hallson Construction Sdn. Bhd. for piling and substructure works related to a mixed development project in Kuala Lumpur.
The grop said the LOA was accepted on 16 June 2026 for works involving the development of a 74-storey serviced apartment project along Jalan Pavilion, KL.
The project, developed for Armani Hallson Sdn. Bhd., comprises a mixed-use development featuring 1,072 serviced apartment units, retail spaces, parking facilities, utility areas and other supporting amenities.
Under the contract, Scanwolf Trading & Construction will undertake piling and substructure works on a design-and-build basis, including foundation system design, engineering works, piling, pile caps, earthworks, retaining structures and related construction activities.
The scope also includes soil investigations, engagement of a Professional Engineer, as well as the execution and completion of all works below the lowest floor level.
The contract is valued at RM75 million on a fixed rates lump sum basis and is non-reviewable in accordance with the terms outlined in the LOA.
The contract period is 24 months, commencing on 16 June 2026 and scheduled for completion on 15 June 2028.
SCB said the project is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s construction business, with the award strengthening its order book and providing greater earnings visibility over the contract duration.
