Vestland Secures RM65 Million Piling And Substructure Contract For KL Project

Vestland Berhad’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Vestland Infra Sdn Bhd (VISB), has secured a contract worth RM65 million to undertake piling and substructure works for a high-rise service apartment development in Kuala Lumpur.

In an announcement, Vestland said VISB had on 19 June 2026 accepted a Letter of Award from Scanwolf Trading & Construction Sdn Bhd (STCSB) for the project.

The contract involves the construction of piling and substructure works for one block of a 74-storey service apartment development located at Lot 20006 Seksyen 19, Jalan Pavillion, Mukim Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan.

The scope of works includes construction works related to the service apartment tower, car park facilities, basement levels, shop lots and associated facilities.

Vestland said the project forms part of its ongoing efforts to expand its participation in Malaysia’s construction sector, particularly in high-rise building and infrastructure-related developments.

STCSB, the project awarder, is a Malaysian private company involved in plastic extrusion design and manufacturing, trading of industrial consumables, building construction and property development activities.

Vestland said further details on the project timeline and implementation will be provided as the project progresses.

The company noted that the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s future earnings over the duration of the project, subject to normal construction risks and operational factors.
