Bursa Malaysia closed higher on Wednesday, with gainers outpacing losers 517 to 484, while 564 counters ended unchanged.
The benchmark FBM KLCI added 2.21 points to close at 1,682.13. The FBM ACE Index advanced 47.35 points to 4,767.03, while the FBM Emas Index gained 34 points to 12,474.66.
Market turnover stood at 2.77 billion shares valued at RM2.43 billion.
Zetrix AI Bhd emerged as the most actively traded counter, with 110.4 million shares changing hands. The stock eased 0.5 sen to 75.5 sen.
Tanco Holdings Bhd was the second most active stock, rising 0.5 sen to 14 sen on a volume of 97.5 million shares.
Other heavily traded counters included HSI-CWSC, Dagang NeXchange Bhd (DNeX), and Zetrix-CB.
