Vestland Bags RM135 Million Contract For Klang Factory Development

Vestland Berhad announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has secured a contract worth RM135 million from Golden Armani Sdn Bhd (GASB) for superstructure works related to a factory development project in Klang, Selangor.

The group said VRSB accepted a Letter of Award (LOA) dated 26 June 2026 from GASB to undertake the superstructure works for one block of a nine-storey stratified factory and related facilities located at PT 84557 and PT 84558, Mukim Bukit Raja, Klang.

The contract covers the design, approval, construction, completion, testing and commissioning of the superstructure works for the development.

The project is expected to be completed within 36 months from the commencement date, which will be determined and notified by GASB.

GASB is a Malaysian private limited company principally involved in property development, construction, money lending services, investment holding, trading and service-related activities.

Vestland said the contract is not expected to have any impact on the company’s issued share capital or substantial shareholders’ shareholdings as it does not involve the issuance of new ordinary shares.

However, the contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Vestland Group throughout the duration of the project, assuming there are no material delays in execution.

The company added that the Board views the award as a positive development for the group and expects it to strengthen its construction order book.
