Ecobuilt’s Restraining Order Extended To 27 July, Scheme Creditors Meeting Rescheduled

EcoBuilt Holdings Berhad (“EcoBuilt”) announced that the restraining order granted by the High Court has been further extended until 27 July 2026 as the company continues to progress its proposed scheme of arrangement with creditors.

The extension follows several previous court orders relating to EcoBuilt’s restructuring exercise, which aims to facilitate the proposed schemes of arrangement between the company and its respective scheme creditors.

EcoBuilt said the High Court had earlier issued an order on 14 November 2025 directing the applicants to convene meetings with their scheme creditors to consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve the proposed schemes with or without modifications.

The court orders for the creditor meetings were subsequently extended on 27 January 2026, 27 March 2026 and 25 June 2026.
