OCR Group Bhd has launched D’Templer Hilltop Residences, a RM344 million landed residential development in Templer, Rawang, targeting families and owner-occupiers seeking larger homes within a low-density environment.
Located about 30km from Kuala Lumpur city centre, the development is designed around practical layouts, green surroundings and accessibility, catering to buyers looking for landed homes near established amenities and growth corridors. The project forms part of OCR’s upper mid-market residential portfolio.
D’Templer is positioned to benefit from planned infrastructure improvements in the area, including a proposed dedicated U-turn access road, the proposed Kuala Lumpur Northern Dispersal Expressway and the RM74.5 million widening of Jalan Kuala Lumpur-Rawang under the 13th Malaysia Plan. These upgrades are expected to improve connectivity between Rawang and the wider Klang Valley.
The development is also incorporating smart and sustainable living features through a collaboration with Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, with both parties exploring the integration of residential smart photovoltaic and intelligent energy management solutions for homeowners.
