SRKK AI Bhd made a strong ACE Market debut on July 9, closing at 61 sen, up 29 sen or 90.62% from its IPO price of 32 sen, as investors responded positively to its artificial intelligence (AI)-driven growth strategy.
The IT solutions provider saw 103.11 million shares traded at the close, after opening at 60 sen, up 28 sen or 87.5%, with 11.05 million shares changing hands. At midday, the stock stood at 57.5 sen, up 25.5 sen or 79.69%, with 67.42 million shares traded.
The strong market debut comes as SRKK AI positions itself to benefit from rising enterprise adoption of AI technologies, with AI-enabled solutions already contributing RM11.8 million, or 11% of revenue, for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2025.
Chief Executive Officer Yew Lip Sin said the listing would support the group’s AI-first strategy amid growing corporate demand and the expanding AI ecosystem in Malaysia, including opportunities arising from Microsoft’s US$2.2 billion investment in cloud and AI infrastructure.
SRKK AI raised RM20.48 million from its IPO, with RM4 million allocated for AI initiatives, including the establishment of AI labs and an AI academy, alongside the development of AI-powered data analytics and software solutions.
The group also plans to develop an AI-enabled supply chain planning and forecasting platform targeting manufacturing and food and beverage companies.
Other proceeds will support expansion into Indonesia, the establishment of an in-house Security Operations Centre, branding and marketing activities, working capital requirements and listing expenses.
Yew said SRKK AI aims to replicate its Malaysia-led delivery model across regional markets, with Singapore serving as a reference point for its expansion strategy.
The group is also pursuing opportunities in Indonesia, where it is working with Microsoft on artificial intelligence analytics proof-of-concept projects in Jakarta.
SRKK AI believes these initiatives will strengthen its expertise in higher-margin services and create additional growth opportunities over time.
TA Securities Sdn Bhd acted as the principal advisor, sponsor, underwriter and placement agent for the IPO exercise.
