PRG Holdings Berhad has decided to commence legal proceedings by filing a winding-up petition following matters arising from a previously announced settlement agreement. The legal action is against property developer Premier De Muara Sdn Bhd (PDM) where it had served a statutory demand for RM64.24 million in unpaid construction-related claims back in June 2026.
The company said its Board of Directors resolved on June 25, 2026 to initiate legal action in relation to the proposed winding-up petition after due deliberation.
PRG said its appointed solicitors have been instructed to undertake the necessary preparations and file the petition with the relevant court.
The latest announcement follows the company’s earlier disclosures on May 19, 2026 and June 8, 2026 concerning a settlement agreement.
