SRKK AI Berhad has established its footprint in Indonesia with the incorporation of a local entity, PT SRKK Consulting Indonesia, in Jakarta, and securing of its first project worth USD60,000 (equivalent to RM244,590).
The group raised RM1.84 million in proceeds from the Initial Public Offering for regional expansion into the country, and completed four proof-of-concept projects in Jakarta in the past year.
Commenting on its expanded presence, SRKK AI Chief Executive Officer Mr. Yew Lip Sin said, “Our recently-completed IPO gives us the impetus to accelerate our regional expansion, even as we seek all-round growth.
“As part of our stance to leverage local leadership, PT SRKK Consulting Indonesia will be helmed by the multi-year experienced Edmund Situmorang as President Director, supported by our first Data & AI Technical Architect in Indonesia. We are confident that our foray in Indonesia is off to a good start,” added Yew.
The digital transformation industry in Indonesia is forecast to grow from an approximate value of IDR1,054.1 trillion (RM274.1 billion) in 2026 to IDR1,270.7 trillion (RM330.4 billion) in 2028.
