iCents Secures RM12.9 Million Klang Valley Factory Renovation Contract

iCents Group Holdings Bhd has secured a RM12.9 million contract through its wholly owned subsidiary, VC Engineering Sdn Bhd, to undertake renovation works for a factory, warehouse and ground floor office in the Klang Valley.

The contract, awarded by a Malaysian subsidiary of a Netherlands-based technology company involved in semiconductor, life science and energy products, covers comprehensive building works including internal finishes, mechanical and electrical works, extra low voltage systems, plumbing and sanitary works, fire protection systems, as well as testing and commissioning.

The project is expected to be completed within four months from the commencement date to be determined by the project consultant.

The latest contract strengthens iCents’ position in supporting high-specification industrial facilities, particularly within the semiconductor sector where specialised infrastructure and stringent engineering standards are critical to manufacturing operations.

iCents Managing Director Ir Ts Vincent Ong Mum Fei said the contract reinforces the group’s role in Malaysia’s semiconductor value chain as global manufacturers continue expanding their production footprint.

He added that iCents’ engineering capabilities and experience in cleanroom-related solutions position the group to support the growing demand for advanced manufacturing facilities.

“The group remains optimistic on opportunities arising from continued investments in semiconductor, life sciences, digital infrastructure and other technology-driven industries,” Ong said.
