The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has reduced its stake in Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust (Pavilion REIT) after disposing of 4.88 million units in the trust.
According to filing, the EPF sold 4,880,300 Pavilion REIT units on July 14, lowering its direct interest to 501.79 million units, equivalent to a 12.775% stake.
The retirement fund’s notice was dated July 15 and received by Pavilion REIT on July 17.
