MACC Seeks Public’s Help Locate Malaysian For Forfeiture Hearing

The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) is seeking public assistance to locate a Malaysian man who is required to submit affidavit documents and attend a forfeiture hearing at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court next month.

The anti-graft agency said Mohamad Faizul Kamaruddin, 41, is wanted in connection with proceedings under Section 41 of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 (Act 694).

According to the MACC, Mohamad Faizul is required to attend a forfeiture hearing scheduled to take place at the Kuala Lumpur Criminal Sessions Court on Aug 20, 2026.

The commission said repeated efforts to contact him have been unsuccessful, despite attempts made at his last known address at Block B-2-6, Flat Taman Tun Sardon, 11700 Gelugor, Penang.

The MACC has urged members of the public who have information on Mohamad Faizul’s whereabouts to contact investigating officer PPs Ahmad Nasharuddin Ab Razak at 019-345 4565 or the MACC Pahang office at 09-571 6000.

The commission said the public’s cooperation would assist in ensuring the legal proceedings are carried out as scheduled.
