Nestcon Berhad has secured a RM74.52 million contract from Exsim MX4 Sdn. Bhd. to build a 28-storey affordable apartment project in Kwasa Damansara.
The construction company said its wholly owned subsidiary, Nestcon Builders Sdn. Bhd. (NBSB), accepted the letter of award on Aug. 3 for the main building works of the residential development.
The project involves the construction of a single 28-storey block of affordable apartments at Jalan Tasik Kenyir U4/21A, Kwasa Damansara, Shah Alam, Selangor.
Construction will commence immediately on Aug. 3, 2026, with completion scheduled over a 29-month period by Jan. 2, 2029.
Nestcon said the project carries a contract value of RM74.52 million.
