Orangeleaf Consulting Holdings Co. (OLC), a Singapore-registered and Malaysian-founded digital transformation consultancy, has entered a new phase of growth after Japan’s technology solutions provider Macnica, Inc. acquired a majority stake in the company.
OLC operates across Malaysia, Singapore and Japan, specialising in digital transformation consulting, agile software delivery and enterprise application development. Macnica, headquartered in Yokohama, is a leading technology solutions provider with expertise spanning semiconductors, artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, Internet of Things (IoT) and smart manufacturing.
The companies said the transaction goes beyond a capital investment, representing a strategic initiative to scale an agile transformation and DX in-sourcing model jointly developed over the past two years.
Through the investment, Macnica will contribute its extensive customer network, deep manufacturing expertise and experience in integrating advanced technologies such as AI, IoT and cybersecurity.
Macnica President and Co-Chief Executive Officer Kazumasa Hara said the partnership reflects a shared commitment to helping customers navigate digital transformation while creating long-term business value.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer Tim Hendricks said the company has developed a delivery model in Malaysia that integrates business strategy, agile execution and enterprise software engineering.
The strategic partnership is expected to accelerate OLC’s expansion in Japan while reinforcing Malaysia’s position as a source of high-value digital transformation expertise and enterprise software engineering for global markets.
