Former Chief Justice Tun Mohamed Eusoff Chin has died at the age of 91.
The news was confirmed by former Malaysian Bar president Mohamad Ezri Abdul Wahab in a text message to Bernama.
He said a message posted by the late Mohamed Eusoff’s daughter, Zuliana, stated that her father passed away at 1am today.
Funeral prayers will be held at Masjid Al-Hidayah, Kelana Jaya, before he is laid to rest at Tanah Perkuburan Islam Seksyen 9, Kota Damansara.
Mohamed Eusoff was Malaysia’s second Chief Justice, serving from September 1994 to December 2000.
