MySihat Expo 2026 Targets 100,000 Visitors With Health, Sports And Lifestyle Festival

Malaysians will have access to health screenings, medical consultations, fitness competitions, healthier food options and lifestyle experiences under one roof when MySihat Expo 2026 takes place at MAEPS Serdang this October.

The three-day festival, running from Oct 9 to 11, is targeting more than 100,000 visitors and will bring together more than 600 brands and exhibitors, over 50 expert-sharing sessions and 10 sporting events and community activities across more than 170,500 square feet of exhibition space.

Rather than focusing solely on healthcare products and services, the festival is designed around the broader idea of healthy living, bringing healthcare, wellness, sports, nutrition, fitness, food, arts, culture and lifestyle together on a single platform.

MySihat Expo 2026 will bring together four major events in one integrated platform, aiming to become the largest health, wellness, sports and lifestyle festival in Malaysia.

At the core of the event, visitors will be able to access complimentary health screenings, consultations with doctors and specialists, health forums, healthy-living talks, first-aid workshops and demonstrations. Community activities will also include yoga, Zumba and a fun run.

One of the major sporting components will be HUNTR Games Kuala Lumpur 2026, which is expected to attract more than 8,000 athletes and participants from Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and South Korea.

Kuala Lumpur will also host an official qualifying round for the HUNTR Games World Championships 2027, giving the local fitness community an opportunity to compete on an international pathway.

The festival will also feature FragMania 2026, bringing fragrance brands and enthusiasts together through product sampling, founder sessions, launches, demonstrations and industry talks.

Food will form another major part of the festival through Anjung Malaysiaku Foodie Fiesta 2026, which returns after its inaugural edition in 2025 with a focus on healthier and more balanced food choices.

Running from Oct 8 for four days, the food festival will feature vendors and food entrepreneurs from across the country alongside cooking demonstrations, healthy-eating sessions, community performances and family activities.

Anjung Malaysiaku Foodie Fiesta at MySihat Expo 2026 will also feature the Anjung Malaysiaku Podcast, live cooking demonstrations, healthy eating sharing, community performances, family activities, zumba, leisure runs

The organiser said the broader aim is to encourage Malaysians to think about health beyond medical treatment.

“We do not want people to think about their health only when they fall ill. Health should be embraced as a way of life. That is why we are bringing four major events together on one platform, giving visitors a complete experience – from health screenings and sporting competitions to healthier food choices, fragrance and family-oriented community activities. This is the future of lifestyle festivals in Malaysia,” the organiser said.

MySihat Expo 2026 is organised by Moonman Event Sdn Bhd and will combine four components: MySihat Expo, HUNTR Games Kuala Lumpur 2026, FragMania 2026 and Anjung Malaysiaku Foodie Fiesta 2026.

The festival is also expected to serve as a platform for healthcare, wellness, nutrition, fitness and lifestyle players to reach the public, but its main focus remains on creating a more accessible and interactive environment for people to learn about and participate in healthier living.
