Inspace Creation Bhd said its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, IDPM Associates Sdn Bhd, has reached a settlement with Sungai Klang Expressway Sdn Bhd involving a civil suit, with the defendant agreeing to pay RM241,326.99 in full and final settlement.
The suit was previously disclosed in Inspace Creation’s prospectus dated April 13, 2026, in connection with the company’s initial public offering and its subsequent listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities on May 8, 2026.
Under the terms of the consent judgment, Sungai Klang Expressway has agreed to settle the RM241,326.99 through nine monthly instalments.
The defendant will make eight monthly payments of RM25,000 each, payable on or before the first day of each month from Sept 1, 2026 to April 1, 2027. A final payment of RM41,326.99 will be due by May 1, 2027.
The company also said the amount due from Sungai Klang Expressway had already been fully impaired by IDPM Associates in the financial year ended Nov 30, 2022.
As a result, the consent judgment is not expected to have any material adverse impact on Inspace Creation and its subsidiaries’ business operations or financial position.
