Hextar Global Bhd has requested the suspension of trading in all its shares on Bursa Malaysia Securities from 2.30pm to 5pm today, pending the release of a material announcement.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the exchange had approved its request for the temporary suspension under subparagraph 3.1(b) of Practice Note 2 of the Main Market Listing Requirements.
The suspension covers the remainder of Friday’s trading session.
The company did not disclose the nature of the material announcement in its filing.
