Topmix Bhd has declared a first single-tier dividend of 0.6 sen per share after its profit after tax and minority interest (PATAMI) rose 13.4% year-on-year to RM8 million for the first half of 2026 (1H26).
The dividend, amounting to approximately RM2.4 million, represents a payout ratio of 29.5% of PATAMI, exceeding the group’s minimum dividend payout policy of 20%. It will be paid on Oct 2, 2026.
Revenue for the six-month period increased 13.3% to RM53.8 million, supported by stronger sales across its core and newer decorative surface products.
High pressure laminate remained Topmix’s main revenue driver, with sales rising 10.3% to RM47.3 million, accounting for 87.9% of total revenue.
Revenue from manufactured products, comprising melamine-faced chipboard and door panels, surged 64.4% to RM1.7 million, while PVC plywood sales increased 32.7% to RM3 million.
For the second quarter, revenue climbed 12.3% to RM28.6 million, while PATAMI increased 14.8% to RM4.6 million from RM4 million a year earlier.
Managing Director Teo Quek Siang said Topmix will continue driving product innovation while expanding its distribution network across Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines and Indonesia.
The group is also developing myRuma, a renovation platform aimed at providing homeowners with a one-stop renovation management solution, as part of its strategy to support longer-term growth.
