Empire Premium Food Berhad recorded revenue of RM84.7 million for the first quarter ended 30 June 2026 (“Q1FY2027”),
an increase of 5.5% from RM80.3 million in the preceding quarter. The higher revenue was mainly driven by stronger sales performance from existing outlets, normalisation of consumer spending.
The grab-and-go segment contributed RM73.2 million, amounting to 86.4% of the Group’s revenue, while the quick dine-in segment contributed the remaining RM11.5 million, or 13.6%.
In line with the higher revenue, gross profit increased 4.8% quarter-on-quarter (“Q-o-Q”) to RM35.0 million. Normalised profit before tax rose 7.5% to RM16.8 million, while normalised profit after tax increased 7.8% to RM12.5 million after adjusting for one-off listing expenses of RM1.7 million.
