Sunway Construction Group Berhad has accepted two work order contracts totaling RM1.044 billion from a United States-headquartered multinational technology company. The work orders were accepted on August 21, 2026.
Under the scope of the agreement, SunCon is tasked with providing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fit-out works across two designated projects. Operational activities are set to begin immediately, with final completion expected by March 2028.
The work orders are not anticipated to exert an immediate material effect on net assets per share, earnings per share, or group gearing for the financial year ending December 31, 2026.
