MST Golf recorded a total revenue of RM75.2 million for Q2 FY2026, comparable to RM75.3 million recorded in Q2 FY2025. On a year-to-date basis, the Group’s revenue decreased by RM9.7 million as compared to the preceding year’s corresponding period. First half revenue on the other hand dropped to RM134 million from RM144 million.
Notably, profit after tax dipped to RM113 million from RM126 million registered in the same quarter last year, 1H loss however expanded to RM5 million from RM1.7 million in 1HFY25.
The Group recorded a revenue of RM48.1 million in Malaysia for the current quarter under review, representing an increase of RM1.5 million, or 3.3%, compared with the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The increase was mainly driven by higher revenue from the Retail segment.
On a year-to-date basis, the revenue from Malaysia decreased by RM4.0 million mainly due to the weaker performance recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, which was affected by the seasonal impact of Ramadan, Hari Raya and Chinese New Year.
In Singapore, the revenue for the current quarter decreased by RM1.9 million to RM16.7 million, mainly due to lower Wholesale export sales to Indonesia and softer retail sales amid a challenging domestic retail environment.
On a year-to-date basis, revenue from Singapore decreased by RM6.1 million, mainly attributable to lower Retail and Wholesale revenue.
In Indonesia, revenue increased by 20.5% in IDR, from IDR38.3 billion to IDR46.2 billion, supported by contributions from the new retail stores. However, the strengthening of the RM against the IDR resulted in an adverse foreign exchange translation effect, which moderated the revenue growth when reported in RM terms. Accordingly, the revenue increased by RM0.3 million or 3.0%, from RM10.0 million to RM10.3 million.
On a year-to-date basis, revenue from Indonesia increased by RM0.3 million, or 1.6%, supported by the contribution from the newly opened retail stores. In IDR term, the revenue increased from IDR 69.0 billion to IDR 80.7 billion, an increase of 17.0%. Thailand commenced its retailing operations in late June 2026 and contributed RM0.04 million to the Group’s revenue during the current quarter under review.
