Prolintas Infra Business Trust announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended 30 June 2026 (“2QFY26”) and
declared a first-half distribution of 3.18 sen per unit for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026 (“1HFY26”).
The Trust continued to deliver resilient operational performance, supported by sustained traffic growth across its highway portfolio and disciplined financial management. During the period, the Trust benefited from positive traffic performance across its four highways, namely Ampang–Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway, Guthrie Corridor Expressway, Lebuhraya Kemuning–Shah Alam and Sistem Lingkaran Lebuhraya Kajang, with toll revenue recording year-on-year aggregate growth of 2.3%, demonstrating the strength and stability of its highway portfolio amid the prevailing operating environment.
For 2QFY26, highway operations revenue remained broadly stable at RM80.2 million, compared with RM80.8 million in 2QFY25. Profit after tax for the quarter stood at RM8 million, compared with RM7 million in the corresponding quarter last year. For 1HFY26, the group recorded revenue of RM160 million and PAT of RM22 million, both higher than the previous year.
For 1HFY26, the Trust recorded a Distributable Amount of RM38.7 million. The Trustee-Manager, Prolintas Managers Sdn. Bhd. (“PMSB”), declared a first-half distribution of RM35.0 million, equivalent to 3.18 sen per unit, representing 90% of the Trust’s Distributable Amount, meeting its minimum distribution policy. The distribution will be payable on 29 September 2026 to Unitholders registered in the Record of Depositors as at 10 September 2026
