Inari Amertron Berhad has announced the passing of its Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, Y.A.M. Tengku Puteri Seri Kemala Tengku Dato’ Sri Setia Hajjah Aishah Binti Almarhum Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta’in Billah, on August 26, 2026, at the age of 69.
Tengku Aishah was appointed to the board of Inari on September 21, 2010, serving the group for nearly 16 years.
In a statement to Bursa Malaysia, the board expressed profound sadness over her passing, placing on record its deepest appreciation for her invaluable leadership, wisdom, and guidance throughout her tenure.
The board, management, and staff of Inari Amertron extended their condolences to the Sultan of Pahang, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, the Pahang Royal Family, and the family of the late Tengku Aishah.
