KSL Holdings Bhd recorded a 9.2% year-on-year increase in net profit to RM181 million for the first half ended June 30, 2026 (1H26), supported by higher progressive billings across its ongoing residential and commercial developments.

Revenue for the six-month period rose 9.3% to RM668.1 million from RM611.2 million a year earlier, with Property Development remaining the group’s main revenue contributor.

The Property Development division posted revenue of RM538.9 million, up 13.5%, while operating profit increased 25% to RM197.3 million, aided by the group’s integrated in-house construction capabilities.

For the second quarter, revenue grew 4.5% year-on-year to RM381 million, while net profit rose 2.4% to RM115.7 million.

KSL also raised its FY26 property sales target to RM2 billion from RM1.6 billion, after year-to-date new sales reached RM1.4 billion as of August, equivalent to 87.5% of its initial full-year target.

Looking ahead, the group plans further launches at Riveria Garden and the new 473-acre Bestari Alma township, backed by RM1.3 billion in unbilled sales and a RM3.7 billion launch pipeline across the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone.
