Kerjaya Prospek 1H26 PATAMI Jumps 23.4% To RM124 Million

Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd posted a 23.4% year-on-year increase in profit after tax and minority interest (PATAMI) to RM124 million for the first half of 2026 (1H26), supported by resilient construction earnings and positive contributions from its property development segment.

Revenue for 1H26 stood at RM849.9 million, with construction contributing RM733.6 million and property development adding RM115.4 million, driven by projects including The Vue @ Monterez and Papyrus @ North Kiara.

For the second quarter, PATAMI rose 22.5% to RM66.7 million on revenue of RM403.1 million. Construction remained the key contributor, accounting for 88.1% of quarterly revenue.

Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Tee Eng Tiong said the group’s performance reflected the resilience of its core construction business, while its property segment continued to contribute positively.

Kerjaya Prospek has secured a record RM2.4 billion in new contracts in 2026, lifting its outstanding order book to RM5 billion and providing earnings visibility over the coming years.

The group is also broadening its exposure to mechanical and electrical engineering and renewable energy solutions through its recent acquisition of a 31% stake in ES Sunlogy Bhd.

Kerjaya Prospek declared a second interim single-tier dividend of 3.5 sen per share, bringing total dividends declared to date to seven sen per share, or RM87.8 million, equivalent to 70.8% of 1H26 PATAMI.
