From Melaka’s heritage streets and Kuala Lumpur’s dining scene to the island landscapes of Pangkor and Langkawi, Malaysia takes centre stage in StarCruises’ latest Star Voyager itineraries — before the journey stretches across Southeast Asia to Singapore, Phuket and Krabi.
Running from late September through the end of 2026, the Malaysia sailings offer travellers a choice of two- and three-night cruises departing from Kuala Lumpur via Port Klang and from Melaka. Destinations include Penang, Langkawi and Pangkor, with selected voyages extending to Phuket and Krabi in Thailand or calling at Singapore.
Malaysia In Many Moods
The itineraries are designed to showcase different sides of the country within a single getaway — from UNESCO-listed heritage in Penang and historic Melaka to street food, shopping and dining in Kuala Lumpur, alongside quieter island escapes in Pangkor and Langkawi. Guests arriving in Melaka can also opt for a shore excursion to Kuala Lumpur.
For travellers looking to venture farther, selected departures from Port Klang head to Phuket and Krabi, opening up a mix of tropical beaches, island scenery and coastal adventures in Thailand. Other sailings include Singapore, where the experience shifts to cityscapes, shopping, dining and cultural attractions.
One Cruise, More Of Southeast Asia
Star Voyager will also operate two-, three- and four-night cruises from Singapore between Sept 25, 2026 and Jan 1, 2027, with selected sailings calling at Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Penang, Langkawi, Pangkor, Phuket and Krabi.

Website bookings for Star Voyager sailings departing from Sept 25 onwards are scheduled to open on Sept 9, 2026.
