Pertama Digital Berhad said its proposed regularisation plan remains under review by the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), as the company continues efforts to address its status as an affected listed issuer and its subsequent classification under Practice Note 17 (PN17).
In its latest monthly update, Pertama said it had submitted its application relating to the proposed regularisation plan to the SC on April 8, 2026.
As of the date of the latest announcement, the application remains pending the regulator’s review and approval.
Pertama was initially classified as an affected listed on Aug 10, 2022.
