L’Oréal has appointed Manashi Guha as the country manager for Malaysia and Singapore, effective Sept 1, 2026, bringing the 18-year company veteran back to the region to lead the group’s next phase of growth across the two markets.
Guha succeeds Tomas Hruska, who has moved to a new role as General Manager of L’Oréal Poland/Baltics.
She was most recently Chief Growth Officer for L’Oréal UK & Ireland, where she led the group’s strategic growth plans across consumers, categories and omnichannel channels, alongside its transformation roadmap and brand integrations.
Guha began her L’Oréal career in India before serving as general manager of the Consumer Products Division in Malaysia and Indonesia. She later became general manager of Consumer Products across SAPMENA, overseeing 15 subsidiaries across South Asia Pacific, the Middle East and North Africa.
In 2023, she moved to the UK as Managing Director of the Consumer Products Division, where her focus included omnichannel expansion and social commerce, before being promoted to Chief Growth Officer.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, Guha will now oversee L’Oréal’s combined Malaysia-Singapore operations, with a focus on leveraging the scale of the Malaysian market and Singapore’s position as an innovation and business hub.
She said her priorities would include accelerating growth, developing talent and working with the team on the next AI-driven chapter of L’Oréal’s business in the two markets.
