Lim Seong Hai Capital Berhad together with Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad and Seriemas Development Sdn Berhad
have officially launched the Morib Rejuvenation Project to rejuvenate the Sri Morib Golf Course and redevelopment of the surrounding Morib town in Kuala Langat, Selangor.
The project is undertaken by LSH Capital through its wholly-owned subsidiary LSH Best Builders Sdn Bhd, which holds a 70% interest, together with Besteel Engtech Sdn Bhd, on land held by the landowners, namely Seriemas Development, Seriemas Resort Sdn Berhad and PNSB. It is delivered through two special purpose vehicles, LSH Morib Golf & Country Club Sdn Bhd
for the golf course and hospitality component, and LSH Morib Development Sdn Bhd (“LSH Morib Development”) for the mixed-use development.
The project will see the rejuvenation of the Sri Morib Golf and Country Club, an 18-hole, par-72 golf course spanning approximately 142 acres. Adjacent to the course, the mixed-use development will comprise residential and commercial
components across approximately 150 acres, with a preliminary gross development value of approximately RM850 million to be realised over a 10-year development masterplan.
