Louis Vuitton is moving its Spin Time complication from limited-edition territory into the permanent collection, with five new Tambour references ranging from a green-dial model to a flying tourbillon.
The lineup builds on the Tambour Taiko Spin Time watches introduced in 2025. That series marked the first time every major component of the watches, including their cases, dials and movements, was produced in-house at La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton.
The new watches share the latest Tambour case design and are made in precious metals. Two measure 39.5mm: the white-gold Spin Time Green, with a khaki dial and rotating hour cubes, and the rose-gold Spin Time Australia’s Opal, which pairs an Australian opal dial with diamond and sapphire settings.
Three 42.5mm models take the complication further. The Spin Time Air Blue uses suspended hour cubes, while the Spin Time Air Antipode combines the jumping-hour display with a rotating world map and pairs of cities 12 hours apart. The Spin Time Air Flying Tourbillon adds a central one-minute flying tourbillon housed in a platinum case.
As Hodinkee reported, the five watches represent several of the key complications developed around the Spin Time platform.
Prices start at US$85,500 for the Spin Time Green and rise to US$199,000 for the Flying Tourbillon. The Opal costs US$189,000, while the Air and Antipode are priced at US$94,500 and US$119,000, respectively.
All five are non-limited models and are available through Louis Vuitton boutiques.
