New Pantai Expressway Sdn Bhd has inform road users that partial road closures and temporary traffic management measures will be implemented along Jalan Syed Putra and the Jalan Istana Interchange.
These closures are part of the preliminary works for the construction of the New Pantai Expressway Extension (NPE 2) Project.
The temporary road closures are scheduled to commence from 14 September 2026 and will be implemented in stages from 10:00 pm to 5:00 am, in accordance with the construction work schedule. Road users are advised to plan their journeys in
advance and comply with all traffic signs, instructions from traffic personnel and temporary traffic management measures in place.
Road users are also advised to follow the directional signs provided at the work areas and exercise extra caution when travelling through or approaching the construction zones.
