Maxland Director Chang Keng Sing Acquires 26 Million Shares Via Direct Business Transaction

Maxland Bhd director Chang Keng Sing has acquired 26.11 million shares in the company through a direct business transaction, raising his direct stake to 4.842%.

According to filings, Chang acquired 26,109,909 ordinary shares on Sept 10, 2026 at a disclosed consideration of 1.5 sen per share.

Based on the disclosed price, the transaction was valued at approximately RM391,649.

The shares are registered under Kenanga Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd in a pledged securities account for Chang.

Following the acquisition, Chang’s direct shareholding in Maxland increased to 77.66 million shares, representing 4.842% of the company.

He does not hold any indirect or deemed interest in Maxland.

The company received notice of the transaction on Sept 10.
