Crest Builder Holdings Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary has secured a RM56.88 million contract from Pesona Metro Sdn Bhd for electrical works at a commercial development in Bandar Sri Damansara, Selangor.
The company said it was appointed as the nominated subcontractor for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of electrical services for Phase 1A, comprising a 14-storey retail mall, and Phase 1C, comprising a 40-storey office tower.
The development is located on Lot 73013, Persiaran Perdana, Bandar Sri Damansara, Mukim Sungai Buloh, Petaling, Selangor.
The subcontract commenced on Sept 1, 2026 and is scheduled for completion on March 17, 2028.
Crest Builder said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings from the financial year ending Dec 31, 2026 onwards.
