Systech Bhd has officially changed its name to WTS Capital Berhad with effect from Sept 15, 2026.
The company said it received the Notice of Registration on the change of name from the Companies Commission of Malaysia on the same day.
Accordingly, the company will now be known as WTS Capital Berhad.
The name change follows earlier announcements made on June 26 and July 24 in relation to the company’s proposals.
