Zetrix AI Bhd group managing director Wong Thean Soon and non-independent non-executive director Datuk Mohd Jimmy Wong Abdullah disposed of a combined 8.97 million shares in the company on Sept 15, according to filings.
Wong disposed of 5.17 million shares held directly at 26.6 sen each, representing about 0.066% of the company’s shares.
He also disposed of a further 2.81 million shares indirectly held through Asia Internet Holdings Sdn Bhd at 27 sen each, representing approximately 0.036%.
Based on the disclosed transaction prices, the two disposals involving Wong amounted to approximately RM2.13 million.
Following the transactions, Wong continued to hold 507.11 million shares directly, equivalent to 6.438%, while his indirect interest through Asia Internet Holdings stood at 435.36 million shares, or 5.527%.
His combined direct and deemed interest therefore remained at approximately 942.47 million shares after the disposals.
Separately, Mohd Jimmy disposed of one million Zetrix AI shares at 26.5 sen each, representing about 0.013% of the company’s shares. The transaction was valued at approximately RM265,000 based on the disclosed price.
All three transactions were carried out outside a closed period.
The percentage shareholdings disclosed by Zetrix AI exclude 180.90 million shares held by the company as treasury shares as at the date of notice.
The filings were submitted to and received by the company on Sept 18, three days after the transactions took place.
