Bursa Malaysia Bhd has appointed Ravinder Singh Bachan Singh as Director, Group Technology, effective Sept 28, 2026.
The stock exchange operator said Ravinder, 45, will also be designated as a Principal Officer of the company upon assuming his new role.
Ravinder brings more than 20 years of experience in the domestic and international financial services industry, spanning investment banking, asset management, wealth management and transaction banking.
Prior to joining Bursa Malaysia, he served as Head of Technology for Maybank Investment Banking Group, where he oversaw technology functions across its investment banking and asset management businesses.
His expertise includes technology strategy and transformation, digital platforms, cybersecurity, operational resilience and technology governance across multiple markets.
Ravinder holds a Degree in Computing from Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom and is TOGAF 9 certified by The Open Group, a professional qualification in enterprise architecture.
