KKB Engineering Bhd has secured contracts and supply orders with a combined value of approximately RM462 million, including an offshore engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract from Sarawak Shell Bhd.
The group said its subsidiary, OceanMight Sdn Bhd, received a letter of award from Sarawak Shell for the provision of EPC works for fixed offshore structures under the SK408 Teja & Pepulut (TePu) and Temu & Inai (TuNai) field development project.
The group also received separate orders from Hock Seng Lee Bhd and Bumia Sdn Bhd.
KKB said the Sarawak Shell contract is effective from Aug 28, 2026 until December 2027, while delivery of the supply orders is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
KKB said the awards are expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets over their respective contract periods.
