Zetrix AI Bhd said its external auditor, Messrs TGS TW PLT, has resigned, citing portfolio rationalisation and resource management.
The company said it received a notice of resignation from TGS following lengthy discussions between the auditor and the company.
The board accepted the resignation on Sept 28, 2026.
Under Section 281 of the Companies Act 2016, TGS’ term as external auditor will end 21 days from the date of the resignation notice.
Zetrix AI said TGS maintained its decision to step down due to its internal portfolio rationalisation and resource management considerations.
The company added that, aside from the reasons disclosed, its board was not aware of any other matter relating to the auditor’s resignation that needed to be brought to shareholders’ attention.
