PPB Group Bhd said the Kuala Lumpur High Court has granted a stay of decisions involving FFM pending the full and final disposal of its judicial review application concerning a finding of infringement by the Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC).
The group said the High Court granted the stay on Sept 29, 2026, with costs in the cause.
As a result, all enforcement, execution, recovery or consequential proceedings arising from or pursuant to the decisions will be suspended until FFM’s judicial review application is fully and finally disposed of.
The matter relates to MyCC’s finding of an infringement under Section 40 of the Competition Act 2010, which PPB has been updating the market on since August 2022.
PPB said proceedings relating to FFM’s judicial review application remain ongoing.
