Inta Bina Group Berhad announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Seiring Setia Sdn Bhd is developing Senja Residensi @ Bukit
Jelutong as the group’s second property development project. The 499-unit serviced apartment project has a total forecast gross development value of approximately RM290.96 million.
The project commenced on 1 October 2026 and is expected to be completed within 36 months from the commencement date. the property will comprise 499 serviced apartment units across two residential blocks, supported by commercial space, parking facilities and a range of resident amenities.
Block A will comprise 247 serviced apartment units spanning 19 residential floors from Levels 8 to 26. The units will consist of 95 Type B1 units, 114 Type B2 units and 38 Type C units. Block B, meanwhile, will house 252 serviced apartment units across 18 residential floors from Levels 8 to 25, comprising 54 Type A units, 90 Type B1 units, 72 Type B2 units and 36 Type C units.
As the Group’s own development, Senja Residensi it added is expected to contribute to the group through property development revenue and earnings as well as construction revenue from the project.
