CC International Bhd has appointed Tiew Sze Hann as its group chief executive officer, effective Oct 2, 2026.
The company said Tiew, 49, brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice and corporate services.
He began his career in 2001 as an assistant company secretary with Plus One Management Services Sdn Bhd before holding corporate secretarial and management roles at several firms, including Pro-Rank Management, F & M Business Management, Factfinder Corporate Services, Corporate Partners (Asia) and DDL Associates.
Tiew joined CC International’s group in September 2011 as team leader of the company secretary department and was promoted to manager in 2014.
He was subsequently appointed chief executive officer of the Corporate Secretarial Division in 2018 and became head of Corporate Secretarial Services in 2020, overseeing the group’s corporate secretarial services activities.
Tiew holds an Advanced Diploma in Commerce (Business Management) from Kolej Tunku Abdul Rahman.
He has been an associate member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators since 2006 and was admitted as a fellow member in 2019. He was also admitted as an honorary fellow of the Meinders School of Business at Oklahoma City University in the same year.
