Alpha IVF Targets Main Market Transfer By End-2026

Alpha IVF Group Bhd has proposed transferring its listing from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia, with completion targeted before the end of 2026.

The fertility care specialist said the proposed transfer is expected to strengthen its corporate profile and broaden its visibility among institutional investors, subject to regulatory approvals and the fulfilment of applicable requirements.

Group Managing Director Dato’ Dr Colin Lee Soon Soo said the move represents the next stage of Alpha IVF’s growth as it expands its scale and regional presence.

He said the group plans to strengthen its core fertility care business across the region while investing further in clinical capabilities and innovation.

Since listing on the ACE Market in March 2024, Alpha IVF Group has doubled its number of full-fledged IVF centres from three to six across Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines.

Including three satellite clinics in Indonesia and two sales representative offices in China, its regional network now spans 11 facilities.

For the financial year ended May 31, 2026, Alpha IVF recorded revenue of RM198.6 million and profit after tax and minority interests of RM53.6 million.

The group also held RM134.3 million in cash and short-term investments and remained debt-free as at end-May 2026.
