Zetrix AI Submits Proposal To Settle JPJ Outstanding, Seeks Service Restoration

Zetrix AI Bhd has submitted a proposed solution to the Malaysian Government to address outstanding remittances linked to Road Transport Department (JPJ) collections, as the group seeks to restore services suspended from Sunday.

In a statement issued following the suspension, Zetrix AI said its immediate priority is to resolve the outstanding obligations and work towards reinstating the affected JPJ services, subject to the relevant government approvals.

“Zetrix AI has submitted a proposed solution to the Government of Malaysia to address the outstanding remittances for their consideration,” the company said.

The statement by Zetrix AI came after Transport Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook disclosed that RM314 million in government revenue collected by My E.G. Sdn Bhd had not been transferred to the government’s main collection account between May 19 and Sept 30, 2026.

Zetrix AI did not provide details of the proposed settlement arrangement in its latest statement or indicate when it expects the outstanding amount to be resolved.

The group expressed regret over the inconvenience caused to customers and the public, noting that it has provided JPJ-related services since 2000.

It said it recognised its responsibility to both customers and the government and remained committed to fulfilling its obligations.

Importantly for users who had carried out transactions before the suspension, Zetrix AI said JPJ transactions accessed through its services prior to Oct 5 had been duly processed and fulfilled.

The company said further updates would be provided once confirmed information becomes available.

The government has indicated that the suspension will remain in place until the outstanding revenue is fully settled.

Zetrix AI share price plunged to all time low of just 0.08 after hitting a high of 0.90 back in April 2026.
