Sometimes, love is about taking a leap of fate. At least, that’s the case in Almost Fated Almost Faded.
Sumatresh Production presents a theatrical experience built around storytelling, compelling characters, and the power of live performance.
The play brings audiences into a world shaped by its characters, their experiences, and the emotions that drive the story forward. With a focus on engaging performances, meaningful storytelling, and a carefully developed creative presentation, the production aims to create an experience that stays with the audience beyond the stage.
At the heart of the production are Imran Garcia as Dharman and Steffy as Aeila, whose performances bring the central characters to life. Their roles form an important part of the play’s narrative and emotional journey.
The play embraces a minimalist creative approach, allowing the story, characters, and performances to remain at the centre of the experience. Rather than relying on excessive stage elements, the production focuses on purposeful design, atmosphere, and the emotional connection between the performers and the audience.
Music by Farish Armani adds another layer to the production, helping shape the atmosphere and complement the storytelling. The overall creative direction and design are led by Dharveen Surendran, bringing together the visual and artistic elements of the play.
Held from October 15th to 18th at pangkin@ejklsseni, this play will make you believe in love once more. Tickets are available here at RM50, with student and senior citizen discounts at RM30, and people with disabilities (OKU) at RM25.
