RedPlanet Bhd’s shares will be suspended from trading on Bursa Malaysia’s LEAP Market effective Oct 19, 2026, ahead of the company’s proposed listing transfer to ACE Market.
The company said the suspension was in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Bursa Securities’ withdrawal approval letter dated Aug 28, 2026.
UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd (UOBKH), on behalf of RedPlanet’s board of directors, announced that trading in the company’s shares on the LEAP Market would be suspended one market day before the allotment of new RedPlanet shares pursuant to the proposed listing.
The suspension will remain in effect until the completion of the listing exercise to ACE Market.
The announcement forms part of RedPlanet’s broader corporate proposals, comprising a proposed transfer, bonus issue and adoption exercise.
The company had previously made several announcements relating to the proposals, beginning Aug 28, 2025, with subsequent updates throughout 2026.
