CONSTANT and its network of pharmacies continue to open during this Movement Control Order (MCO) period to help support its customers and patients during this critical period.

Driven by its team’s commitment and with the newly launched service #CONSTANT2U, customers can now receive their products and care easier.

Consumers in Kelantan, Terengganu, Perak, Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor and Kuala Lumpur can get a variety of health, wellness and other convenience products, delivered to their home, or from any pick-up location of choice, within the vicinity of 10KM radius from CONSTANT stores in their respective neighbourhood.

Sally Chuah, Chief Executive Officer of CONSTANT

In a statement, Sally Chuah, Chief Executive Officer of CONSTANT, said that the outbreak of COVID-19 can be stressful for many and we are committed to play our part.

“Our pharmacists are available to give advice on hygiene and immunity. They can also customise health supplement for any individuals based on their health status and share valuable info so our community can feel better, and be better.”

Besides that, CONSTANT is taking extra steps to maintain a clean and safe environment at their stores.

Due to high demand and to best meet customer needs, CONSTANT has put into effect purchase limits on certain products to improve inventory and to help ensure products can be more widely available.

We’re working around the clock to best meet the needs of our customers, patients and in communities we serve, as our role as a trusted and caring healthcare partner has never been more critical, Chuah pointed out.

“We look forward to partner and work closely with National Disaster Management Agency (NADMA).

“Our network of health professionals and government health officials on response efforts, helps provide customers with the most up-to-date information, while also supporting their evolving needs during this pandemic,” Chuah concluded.

To make online shopping even easier, there will be free delivery on any purchase on CONSTANT.COM.MY beginning 18 March and until further notice, with no minimum purchase required.

Members of the community can use services such as Constant Chat, a secure platform available 24/7 online on Constant app and website, Constant Customer Care WhatsApp at 012-2484018, for alternative ways to access their medications, without being physically present at the stores.
