According to the United States’ (US) National Library of Medicine, MRI is a non-invasive imaging test that helps physicians to diagnose and treat patients’ medical conditions. MRI scans to diagnose a variety of conditions, from torn ligaments to tumours and are very useful for examining the brain and spinal cord.

The test uses a powerful magnetic field, radiofrequency pulses and a computer to produce detailed pictures of organs, soft tissues, bone and virtually all other internal body structures.

For the Signa Voyager, within the 70cm wide bore of the MRI machine is an MRI cinema system to deliver a HD and cinematic entertainment experience that will help to distract and relax patients.

On top of that, the machine offers a shorter scan time to ensure exceptional patient comfort, while maximising productivity and workflow within the Radiology Department.

The addition of this machine makes Sri Kota home to the most advanced MRI system in Klang, providing the highest quality images whilst ensuring patients are thoroughly comfortable during the whole process.
