MCSA & OBOR Dagang Seeks ASEAN Talents For “eDragon2021”

Malaysia-China Strategic Association (MCSA) and The Cooperative OBOR Dagang Limited cooperative jointly promote “eDragon 2021” event to be held from October 29-31, 2021 (Fri-Sun) hosted by The Dragon Foundation is seeking Asean talents to join the online event.

MCSA Vice President Dr Kew Si Na points out that the best benchmarking project of the Hong Kong Dragon Foundation, “Longhui 100”, was organized in conjunction with the current situation, hence called “eDragon 2021”.

It mainly provides mutual support for young Chinese talents around the world with opportunities to exchange, share and develop ideas.

MSCA Director of International Relations, Adeline Lee Siew Moi encourages and welcome young people from ASEAN and Malaysia to sign up for the event.

“During the pandemic, it is difficult to organise offline cross-region exchange programmes, hence the signature “Dragon 100” programme was cancelled last year.

“As the pandemic situation in Hong Kong stabilises, The Dragon Foundation would like to introduce an “exchange programme in hybrid mode”, recruiting Hong Kong youth to attend (in person) a 3-day, 2-night programme. This programme includes online discussion sessions with global Chinese youth of the theme “Reshaping the future: Opportunities arisen”,” says a media release.

This event provides chances for young Chinese talents worldwide in-building networks, sharing and developing ideas with each other. The programme will be carried out in hybrid mode and overseas participants are invited to join virtually, due to the constraint brought by the COVID-19 pandemic.

MSCA President Yong also hopes that people, especially young people from ASEAN countries, will actively sign up to this event.
